Welcome to the  2023 - 2024 School Year

 

Car Lane Information



In order to prepare for the first day of 天美视频 on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, if you plan to use the car lane for arrival/dismissal or just arrival/dismissal we need to know to prepare staff.  Even if you used the car lane last year we need to know if you will be utilizing the car lane again this year.  

 

If you will be using the car lane, please email Stacey Dunn at sdunn@jacksonsd.org by Friday, September 1, 2023 and let us know the following 天美视频:

 

  • Child’s name and teacher

  • Days you will be using the car lane (ex. all 天美视频 days, specific days or for either drop off/dismissal or both)

  • Names of individuals designated to pick up your child.  Please note that we do check I.D. until we get to know individuals or if we see someone new in the car lane.

 

If you have a car lane sign from last year please use it until we get the new signs printed.  

 

Always, send a note to your child’s teacher if you will be changing the arrival/dismissal procedure (ex. picking up early or switching to child care) 

 

If you need to pick your child up from the car lane at dismissal and your child is not on the authorized student list you need to CALL THE MAIN OFFICE BY 1:30 PM (732-833-4690 ext. 6522/6520). 

 

Do not email or DOJO your homeroom teacher.  The teachers are teaching and they do not always check emails/dojos during teaching hours.

 

Shortened Days - If you would like to pick up your child from the car lane on shortened days, please call the main office by 12:30 pm.  This will give us ample time to notify the teacher of the change and add the student to the list.

 

Please refrain from waiting in the car lane and then calling at 3:15 pm to advise us that you will be picking up from the car lane.  Those requests will not be honored in the middle of dismissal.

 

If you are late to pick up your child, we will bring them back into the reception area until 3:45 pm.  After 3:45 pm they will be waiting for you in the main office upstairs.

 

Lastly, please be patient with us the first two weeks of 天美视频.  We are learning new names and faces.  Our goal is to get each child home safely and happy.

Información de carriles para automóviles

 

Para prepararse para el primer día de clases el miércoles 6 de septiembre de 2023, si planea usar el carril para automóviles para una salida o solo una llegada/salida, necesitamos saber para preparar al personal. Incluso si usó el carril para automóviles el año pasado, necesitamos saber si volverá a utilizar el carril para automóviles.

No envíe un correo electrónico o DOJO a su maestro de aula. Los profesores están enseñando y no revisan los correos electrónicos/dojos durante las horas de clase.

Días acortados: si desea recoger a su hijo del carril para automóviles en días acortados, llame a la oficina principal antes de las 12:30 p. m. Esto nos dará tiempo suficiente para notificar al maestro de el cambio y agregar al estudiante a la lista.

Absténgase de esperar en el carril para automóviles y luego llamar a las 3:15 p. m. para informarnos que estar recogiendo del carril del coche. Esas solicitudes no serán honradas en medio del despido.

Si llega tarde a recoger a su hijo, lo traeremos de vuelta al área de recepción hasta las 3:45 p. m. Después de las 3:45 pm lo estarán esperando en la oficina principal arriba.

Por último, tenga paciencia con nosotros las primeras dos semanas de clases. Estamos aprendiendo nuevos nombres y caras. Nuestro objetivo es llevar a cada niño a casa seguro y feliz.

Будь ласка, не чекайте на смуз? для автомоб?ля, а пот?м дзвон?ть о 15:15, щоб пов?домити нам, що ви будете забирати з? смуги для автомоб?ля. Ц? запити не будуть виконан? в середин? зв?льнення.
