HIBster Reporting Form

  • The HIB 388 Form provides a means for a parent, guardian, or 天美视频 staff member to report an incident of harassment, intimidation, or bullying in a confidential manner.

    Upon receiving the form, the principal or the principal’s designee shall implement the 天美视频 School 天美视频's policy and procedure for allegations of HIB.
