1. Download the Pre-School Handicapped Registration Form. 

2. Make a registration appointment by calling your home 天美视频.

3. Write a letter formally requesting an evaluation by the district (please include all your contact 天美视频).

4. Bring your completed registration packet, your evaluation request letter to your 天美视频d appointment.
